Time: 8:30am-3pm (A light lunch will be provided)

This class is required to participate in the Walnut Creek First Time Home Buyer Down Payment Assistance Program and Below Market Rate Homes Program. A light lunch will be provided.
You will receive a First Time Home Buyer Education Class Completion Certificate after the class. The class will cover the following:

• Budgeting and the costs of Home Ownership
• Credit
• What is Escrow?
• The Home Buying Process
• The Mortgage Process
• First Time Home Buyer Programs
